Jim has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations and processing.  He is responsible for directing the management team that oversees the day to day operations of all PharmPro development, manufacturing and warehousing facilities. 

Jim received a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from North Central College in Naperville IL. He is an International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) Member, Speaker and Interest Group Chairperson.

Tom has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development and operations.  He is responsible for directing the Business Development activities of PharmPro and supporting clients on commercial projects.

Tom received a B.S. degree from Rutgers University and Graduate Certificate from University of Southern California, School of Business. He is a charter member of the Pharmaceutical Technology Section of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS). 

Don has over 35 years of experience with formulating, developing, transferring and manufacturing all types of solid dosage pharmaceutical products. He is responsible for directing the product development and technology transfer activities for PharmPro. 

Don received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering (cum laude) from Rutgers University. He is a member of AAPS and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).  He is a frequent speaker at ISPE seminars and conducts solid dosage processing training programs.  

KC has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, development, quality assurance, safety, maintenance, warehousing and pharmaceutical plant design. His prior positions in the industry include other production/plant manager roles in the contract services sector.  KC is responsible for directing the production staff for all PharmPro development, manufacturing and warehousing operations.

KC attended Muskegon College and Grand Valley State in Michigan.

John is responsible for design, engineering support, and maintenance of PharmPro’s facility and equipment.  John’s background includes extensive field experience installing, qualifying and maintaining pharmaceutical equipment globally. 

John received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Tri-State University.  He is a member of both AIChE and ISPE where he participates actively with the Great Lakes Chapter and several "Community of Practice" Forums.

Mike is responsible for managing the quality staff and systems for all PharmPro development, manufacturing and warehousing facilities.  He brings to PharmPro a range of expertise obtained through his experiences in both engineering and quality assurance.  He has spent most of his career serving different cGMP quality functions in qualification, validation, method development, quality systems development, and implementation of six sigma/lean initiatives.

Mike received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois.  He is a member of AIChE and ISPE. 

David is responsible for managing the commercial and technical details for all PharmPro projects.  His experience includes the management of both engineering and manufacturing based projects. David’s resume includes specific training from the Project Management Institute (PMI), a professional certifying body.

David received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
